We are proud to introduce 3 brand new conservation projects in INDIA!
India is an amazing country that offers tourist’s lots of diversity, from snow capped mountains to gorgeous white sand beaches. It is home to more than a billion people of all different cultures and beliefs making this country a must see destination. While the country is great for its history and attractions it also is home to a lot of different animals. We have found this a good place to set up some volunteering programmes and get people out there to help these animals.

Check out the three new courses below:

Cotiago Wildlife Centre

This wildlife centre is based in Goa which is a lovely part of India known for the sandy beaches. The sanctuary has been set up to give endangered species a natural environment for them.
The programme is offering international volunteers a chance to work with the rangers and staff on this centre and offer more to these animals. There are many tasks that the volunteers can get involved in such as assisting the vets with medicating the animals to guiding tourists in the sanctuary. You become part of the team and make a real difference.

Turtle Preservation Program

The programme is also based in Goa in a peaceful and beautiful location. The programme is set up to raise awareness to locals and tourists about the turtles that use the area to keep their environment safe. As a volunteer on this project you would be working with the local government agencies and conservation organisations. Since Goa has become a big attraction to tourists and has developed the area more the turtles survival has been affected, so this programme is to help the turtles.

Animal Rescue & Care Project

The Animal rescue and care project is based in a busy city in India called Jaipur. The city is home to abandoned and mistreated animals that need our help. The aim of this programme is to rescue, protect and care for these animals. Volunteers also have an active role in community education and awareness campaigns. This programme does not require volunteers to have any veterinary experience just determination to help.
