Brand New Projects in India
We have always been known as the Conservation specialists in South Africa. Due to our success of setting up sustainable conservation projects in Africa we have decided to diversify into new destinations. First on the list is INDIA. We have developed 3 exciting new programes allowing you to volunteer and experience pioneering conservation in this diversely cultured country. Our new projects include:

  1. Cotiago Wildlife Sanctuary
  2. Turtle Preservation Program
  3. Animal Rescue and Care Project

Sponsorship for volunteers
With the New Year looming we all know January is a time for you to put your resolutions into action, so why not make one of them to volunteer with Worldwide Experience. January is notoriously slow, depressing and boring, so why not break the habit of a lifetime and volunteer on one of conservation or community projects.
Did you know that January is also the peak of summer in South Africa, so is a great chance to replace the dark cold UK nights with fantastic warm African sunsets.

We are offering some great sponsorship opportunities for placements booked in January, so why not check out what we have to offer you and get ready for a hot
January abroad!! To see what placements we have please click here.

Rehab Centre coming to Shamwari Game Reserve
Shamwari is by far one of our most unique conservation projects and is due to become neven more so in the new year.

The conservation team at Shamwari Game Reserve is opening up a rehabilitation centre to give them a chance to rehabilitate sick and injured wildlife for release back into the wild.

The centre will open officially in January 2009 however our students have already been involved with the care of a few premature residents. One of which is Themba the elephant who was abandoned by his mother during a translocation project.

The rehab centre will allow you to get a real hands on approach to conservation in Africa.
