If you are a blogger, tweeter, Facebook freak and all-round social network fanatic, then come put your skills to good use and become the voice of animal conservation in Shamwari (and have a damn good time in the process)

We're offering one lucky winner the chance to spend two months living amongst furry friends at the Shamwari Game Reserve. What do we want in return? For you to become the voice of the animals.

As the official blogger of Shamwari you will tell the world about your adventures, and keep past, present and future visitors up to date with all the goings on. Worried about making them jealous? Don't be, they'll be able to live vicariously through you!

Not only do you get to do what you love on the holiday of a lifetime, but you will be instrumental in getting the word out to the world about the importance of conservation issues facing the animal kingdom.

Do you have the passion and the drive?

To be considered for this position we need to see that you're as passionate about Wildlife Conservation and Animal Rehabilitation as we at Worldwide Experience are.

You will also need to prove to us that you're a natural when it comes to social media, blogging, video creation, mashups etc. After all if your going to tell the animal's stories, you need to know how to talk to the world.

So, if you are interested in applying for this position, start off by sending us a brief introduction to yourself: who you are, what makes you smile, what makes you frown and what your passionate about. We also want to hear your views on animal conservation and any thing you may know about the issues facing our furry and feathered friends.

Terms & Conditions

All entries must be submitted by 6th August 2010. Prize includes return flights from the UK to South Africa, a 2 months conservation project including all meals, accommodation and transfers. Prize subject to agreement on Voice of Conservation position responsibilities.
